McCray Lumber and Millwork was recently approached by a local home builder with a custom project for an estate home in Leawood, Kansas. They had seen a beautiful wood and iron dome in a magazine and wanted someone to create it for them. We happily accepted the challenge. McCray Lumber and Millwork provided all of the lumber for the project and designed and constructed the wood portion of the dome. It was constructed from clear alder lumber. A custom iron fixture will be installed to the dome after the wood portion is completed and stained.
